The Morel family's expertise in metal castings dates all the way back to Paris in the late 1800s. After honing his skills as a foundryman and artist, Leon Morel Sr. emigrated to Seattle around the turn of the century. Before long he had established himself as one of the most respected craftsmen in the Pacific Northwest. In 1917, he purchased and merged two foundries. The Morel Foundry was forged, and a legacy established.
In the decades that followed, the Morel family continued expanding the business, casting for some an impressively long list of big clients in the automotive, aerospace, military, marine, and defense industries.
Now headquartered in an expansive facility in Arlington, WA, Stephen and Mark Morel continue the family tradition of unmistakable quality and craftsmanship.
